Every student has the right to receive education equally and fairly, and the teacher's approach obviously deviates from the original intention of education, which is not only contrary to the "spring breeze" education, but also may have the opposite educational effect, in a sense, this is also a kind of "lazy government" of education.
It is extremely detrimental to cultivating students' personality independence and maintaining students' mental health, which cannot but be said to be a lack of responsibility for educators. The original intention of the educator to let the naughty student sit in the "special seat" may only be to educate the student to better manage, but the educator has a lack of education, the lack of words and sentences hurts the student's personality, and the responsibility must not be pushed away, but should take the initiative to assume the responsibility of education. In a sense, learning to sit on a "special seat" is a kind of lazy government of education, and it is also the indifference of educators to students' humanistic feelings, which is worthy of deep reflection.
"Special seats" have become a discriminatory "label" for poor students, synonymous with "bad students", and sitting on fixed seats and being branded with shame have undoubtedly caused deep psychological damage to students sitting in this "special seat". As a teacher, for students who are in adolescence, what is more needed is positive guidance, care and care, rather than labeling, can not be treated equally, voting "special seat" is a poor management method, is a kind of education that hurts students, deviates from the original intention of education, and the fundamental purpose of teaching and educating people is also very different.
